At the beginning of 2015, we all say the same thing, “A New Year – A New You”…yeah right. Now I’m not trying to say that’s not a good slogan, but be real with yourself…are you really about making necessary life changes, especially when it comes to your health. Let’s talk about exercising. How many times have you said that you’re going to exercise and never did it? Instead of setting your goals so high you’ll never reach them, start small. If you haven’t got yourself together yet, say to yourself I’m going to walk twice a week or I’m going to exercise at least ten minutes a day. Once you start seeing and feeling the results, you will want to keep going. It’s important to start a regiment and keep it. You can increase it or decrease, but find your place where you can start and keep it moving!
